I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The job details were pretty vague, but I moved forward. The interview itself felt unprofessional, as they expected me to have my camera on while they didn't. The interviewers seemed arrogant and didn't listen to my answers. The job description remained unclear, with their main focus on the quantity of content I could produce daily, rather than quality. The rejection was expected, and I received no explanation or feedback.

The interview process was really smooth and pleasant. They gave me a paid test sample on Friday, which I finished on Saturday. On Sunday, I got an email saying the team would review it the next week. On Monday, I received some incredibly detailed and professional feedback on my writing, which was great and fair after 6 years in content writing. Then they invited me for an interview, which was the day before yesterday. Vlad and Renee were super welcoming, friendly, and upfront. I liked that they focused on job-specific questions, not typical HR stuff. I accepted the offer and start in a week. My experience with Finixio was excellent!

First, there was a chat with HR that was super professional and the interviewer was knowledgeable, warm, and approachable. Then, I interviewed with the head of the department. They were also really warm and approachable and took the lead in explaining the role and what they were looking for, before I got a chance to explain why I was a good fit. After that, there was a written test to show my experience and expertise. Finally, an HR call with the offer. It was professional, but also laid back, warm, and positive. Overall, a great experience!
