I applied online and got a call about a week later for an interview. It was a group interview with three of us. The manager took us to the back of the stock room. She seemed cool and it wasn't intimidating at all. The interview was about a half hour long, not too bad. She said she would talk to her team and let one of us know within a week if we got the job.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- How would you differentiate between good and excellent customer service?
- What makes you want to work for Finish Line?

I had a face to face meeting with the manager who seemed really nice. We talked about my past retail experience and questions from my previous application. They also asked about my availability and what role I was looking for. Then, I was asked some situational questions about what I would do on the job. Finally, the manager explained the job expectations.
- Tell me about your retail experiences.
- Tell me about your previous application questions.
- What is your availability?

I sent in my application online and got a call back about 5 days later. They set me up for a phone interview, and the interviewer was really nice and asked a lot of questions about my past work experience and skills. They also told me about the job and asked how I felt about it. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview where they asked pretty much the same questions as the phone interview.
