The HR was completely unprofessional and didn't even bother to update me on my application status. I passed the online coding test and a video technical interview. They then asked me to book flights to Mumbai for a face-to-face interview with the company's GM and VP. At first, they hesitated to book the tickets, suggesting reimbursement instead, but I managed to convince them to book it themselves. After the in-person interview, they mentioned a final HR round via Skype because I had to fly back the same day. That was it – I never heard back from them. Even after emailing them for an update, these unprofessional people didn't have the courtesy to inform me of the results.

4 Rounds. 1st: APTITUDE TEST Asked questions regarding HTML, C, and MACROS(Their proprietary Script) Difficulty Level: Very Easy 2nd: TECHNICAL ROUND Bit Lengthy for me, it took nearly more than 30mins. Asked all basic concepts of whatever you have mentioned in your CV. Difficulty Level: Average 3rd: MANAGER ROUND It's basically Discussion about JOB PROFILE and trying to understand Candidate bit more. Difficulty Level: Easy 4th: HR ROUND Nothing to explain about it, It's easy because has to explain WHAT YOU ARE. Difficulty Level: Easy Conclusion: SOFTWARE ENGINEER TRAINEE is not about developing anything. Its all about TECHNICAL SUPPORT for the organization. You need to fix the glitches by Scripting. The thing is its Proper TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF ORGANIZATION, it's not similar to CALL CENTERS TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

I was in the 2nd round of the interview process. Everything went well during the interview, and I felt I answered most of the questions about javascript, angular, nodejs, and databases correctly. I was pretty sure I'd get the job. However, the interviewer's feedback to the recruitment team was the opposite, claiming I couldn't answer any javascript questions and lacked people management skills. I was shocked and emailed the recruiter, but received no response. It seems like getting hired here really depends on the interviewer's mood and honesty. I hope the company records interviews and takes action against dishonest interviewers.
