Things moved pretty fast. The recruiter got in touch about when I was free and we set up an interview. They let me know within a week if I was moving on and set up another interview right away. Even with all that good and simple communication, I still had to ask about where I stood in the process.

I had a call with HR and then went through the interview process. There were 3 rounds plus a written test. The manager asked for samples of my work. I sent them within 2 days. They took a week to check if my documents were original. After a week, HR called saying the next round would be a phone interview with the director. Two days later, the director interviewed me over the phone and said HR would contact me. Two days after that, I called HR to check on the status, but was told they needed someone with more experience. I question why they conducted 5 rounds if they wanted a more experienced candidate.

I submitted an application online. About a month later, they sent an online test with logic problems on math and vocabulary, which had to be finished in 15 minutes. Two weeks after that, a recruiter called to arrange interviews. I had a phone screen with him, followed by two video interviews with the hiring manager and another team member. After the last interview, they went silent and didn't reply to my follow-up emails. About a month later, my candidate status in their portal was changed to "closed," but I'm unsure if they hired someone else or if the position was removed.
