Technical Support Engineer
First, an HR screening to chat about your background, career aspirations, and what kind of work environment you're looking for. They'll also go over salary expectations and when you'd be available to start. Then, a technical interview focusing on RPGLE, CL, COBOL, SQL, and IBM i concepts. Expect scenario-based questions about troubleshooting, automation, and production support, and you might need to discuss past projects or system fixes. Finally, a project/case discussion where you'll walk through a past project or automation you handled, explaining the problem, your solution, and the value it brought.

Technical Support Engineer
The interview process started with a 30-minute recruiter call where they asked some screening questions, went over my CV, checked my communication skills, and scheduled the next steps. Then, there was a 45-minute interview with the Hiring Managers. This involved some technical questions, behavioral questions (like 'how would you' and 'tell me a time when' scenarios), and questions about my resume and experience relevant to the role. The final interview was with the Director and was very similar to the Hiring Manager interview. Overall, it was a positive experience; everyone was friendly and made it less intimidating.
- Can you introduce yourself and walk me through your CV and experiences?
