A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn about a job and set up the first interview. It was kinda strange because I didn't expect technical questions so soon. The recruiter even kept apologizing because the person who was supposed to do the technical interview didn't want to, apparently because my profile looked good enough for them. I found all this out during the actual interview. They mentioned the technical questions would be recorded for the hiring manager and technical recruiter. The next part is a 5-day take-home test made by the team lead, and the last interview is with the hiring manager.

The recruitment process is quite good. But HR is not responding to you after your interview. There were two technical interviews. The first one was 45-50 minutes long and covered OOP, Data structures, and Problem-solving. The second technical interview was also 45-50 minutes and covered slightly more advanced questions than the first, including OOP, Problem-solving, Web services, MVC, and Rest API.
