I had two interview rounds, one technical and one HR. The technical interview focused on month-end and quarter-end closing processes. The HR round was more general and didn't have specific topics.

The interview process seemed to go well initially with both the first and second rounds being positive. Following these, I had a call with HR for documentation. After submitting all the requested details and documents, there was no further communication from their end. Two weeks later, my application status was updated to 'applicant withdrew'. The HR representative was unresponsive, not picking up calls. Later, it was communicated that I was a good candidate but overqualified. This raises questions about whether the resume was reviewed before the initial rounds and the competence of the interview scheduling team. It would have been courteous to provide a truthful reason for rejection.

Had multiple phone interviews. Then a group panel interview, followed by 3 one-on-one interviews. Also had to take a CCAT test. The interviews were mainly focused on my career history and why I wanted to join. Not much technical interviewing for the manager role.
