Had a face-to-face technical interview with a panel of one person. Waited around for a long time, from 9 AM to 4 PM. The interview was good, covering Java, Oops concepts, Multi Threading, Collections, and Spring Framework.

Finastra came to our college for campus placements. First, we had an online aptitude test. Those who passed this were eligible for a second online exam with coding and development questions. Finally, students who passed the second exam were invited for on-campus interviews at the Finastra office. I was one of the 64 students shortlisted for the interview. My personal interview experience was okay. I was interviewed by two senior engineers. They seemed a bit lost initially, not sure who should ask what. They debated who should go first. I tried my best to answer everything, but one of them seemed unhappy with my responses.
