Senior Business Analyst
The interview process is very conservative, with an aptitude test that was quite easy. There were 3 interview rounds, and the last one was critical. I did well but wasn't shortlisted after the final round.
- Mostly a discussion-based interview.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took over 4 months. I interviewed at D+H in Thiruvananthapuram in September 2017. This was the worst interview process and people I've ever encountered. They seem to be hiring for headcount and I'd interviewed for the same role the previous year. I cleared the first round then but wasn't called for the next stage despite follow-ups. They never explicitly told me I wasn't eligible, just to wait. I gave up after 2 months. The second time, I interviewed with 5 friends because I needed a job change. I cleared 4 rounds, including a silly aptitude test, which took over 3 months. Communication was very poor and irresponsible. They again told us to 'wait and wait'. Out of my 5 friends, 3 cleared 4-5 rounds but received no clear updates. After a month, some of us were called for a NEW interview, supposedly for new projects, with no explanation about the previous process. We then realized it was fake. It's disappointing they conduct walk-ins and do the same thing. I strongly advise against falling for this, even after reading this.
- They asked some questions that were irrelevant to the role.
- The interviewers were interviewing me one by one, as if they had nothing else to do, and asked questions not related to the role.
Business Analyst
The hiring process included an HR screening interview and then an in-person interview with two directors. The recruiter was really responsive and kept me updated. They laid out each step clearly and we were able to settle the salary and close the deal quickly and professionally.
- What's prompting your job search?
- Could you elaborate on your technical experience?
- Describe your approach to handling workplace conflicts.
