My initial conversation was with the Talent Acquisition Advisor, and it was really nice and friendly. They greeted me warmly, and the whole chat was calm and pleasant. It was easy to talk to them, which made me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and experiences.

The interview process lasted over 4 weeks and had 3 rounds. It started with an initial chat with HR, followed by competency-based questions with the hiring manager, and then a task plus questions. The task was quite lengthy and time-consuming but interesting. The whole process was pretty straightforward, but the company really dropped the ball on not giving any feedback. I got an email saying I wasn't successful at the final stage, and when I asked for feedback afterwards, they never replied.

So there were 3 rounds total. First was kinda like a casual chat with the recruitment team, but they did go through my CV and ask some interview questions. Then the second round was a general interview with the hiring manager. The third round was a full presentation, I had to prepare slides based on a business case.
