I sent in my application through Workday after seeing the job posting on LinkedIn. HR contacted me a couple days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic, lasting about 20-30 minutes. They wanted to get to know me better and see if I was familiar with the full-time role and the specific position I applied for. They also asked about what would make me a good fit for the role. We then scheduled an in-person interview for a week later with the manager I would be reporting to. The manager reviewed my resume, asked about my previous experience, and checked if I would be comfortable with the role's responsibilities. I received the job offer a few days after that.

Had a phone screening in the first week, then an interview. It was a video interview, followed by a final stage interview. The whole thing took about three weeks, and then I waited a week for the results. Recruitment was pretty smooth.

Applied online, I had one interview, which was the first of two rounds. I was interviewed by one person, which is the usual number for an interview. The interview was good and covered standard questions on current affairs and recent work the Financial Times had been doing.
