We started with a video interview, then went on to a technical round, and finally a super day. The initial rounds focused on fundamental technical knowledge, with later rounds delving into more complex topics. The super day consisted of three consecutive 30-minute interviews.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute chat with an analyst or associate. Following that, there was another 30-minute interview with a different associate, which leaned more technical. The next stage was an assessment center that included three interviews, one of which was with a Managing Director. In total, there were 5 interviews, and unfortunately, no feedback was provided at the end. I was rejected at the final hurdle.

Behavioral

I had an initial call with a recruiter where they asked some basic behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why FTP'. Unfortunately, I didn't move to the next stage because the positions had already been filled. They mentioned that the role would involve interviewing with most of the team, but that the interviews themselves wouldn't be too difficult.

Technical Case Behavioral

So, there were 5 rounds in total. It started with HR, then a technical round with an associate. After that was the super day, which had 3 interviews back to back. Then came a case study that I had 3 days to complete, followed by one more interview. Finally, there was the MD round. Pretty much all of it was super technical, except for the HR part.
