So I had a recruiter reach out first, which was cool. Then, the second round, I talked to two people. After that, I moved to the third round and met this senior account executive. Seemed like it all went well, but like a day later, they told me I didn't get it. I tried to get some feedback from everyone I interviewed with, the recruiter included, but yeah, never heard back.

It was a pretty straightforward process, just one phone interview and then an in-person one. The staff were really nice and gave off good vibes. They mostly asked standard sales questions, really focusing on personality and work ethic over experience.

The interview process at Filevine was straightforward and professional. It started with a short recruiter screen about my background and interest in SaaS sales, followed by a hiring manager interview that focused on sales scenarios, role plays, and how I handle objections. The questions were clear and centered around problem-solving, pipeline management, and understanding of the legal tech space. Overall, the interview was friendly, conversational, and gave a good sense of the company’s culture and expectations for performance.
