The interview process was super chill and friendly. The technical interview involved solving an algorithmic problem using JavaScript. My prep mainly consisted of practicing on platforms like Codewars.

I was invited for a 30min technical interview with the tech lead and an engineer, they had some classic javascript & web accessibility questions (if you google "top 10 js questions" you got it). I was training for a presentation meeting, but I was a surprised that they said the meeting would be a technical interview, since the HR were not explicit about it, and it was my first contact with the company. What frustrated me most about the process was that I had asked HR when the next stage of the process would happen and what it would be like (a technical or presentation interview), and I didn't get an answer. It definitely compromised my process.

I applied in March and after about two weeks, I had a technical interview. It went okay, I answered the questions and completed the task. I was told it was satisfactory and that I would hear about the next steps soon. However, after two weeks with no communication, I reached out to inquire about the application status. Shortly after my email, I was informed that they decided not to move forward with my application.
