First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Figure.

The whole thing took about three weeks. It began with a quick call, then an in-person chat where they tested if I could do the basic stuff. The final interview was with the hiring manager or someone similar. They kept asking if the pay was okay, which it was. Just a heads-up, don't fall for all the corporate talk. They might have someone internal or another candidate in mind, but they still have to go through the motions. You might think you nailed it, but then they ghost you for a week and give you a vague "We'll get back to you." It's unprofessional. Find a place that actually values you.

The process starts with a recruiter call within 2-3 days. If that goes well, you'll have an in-person interview with a supervisor/lead, followed by a final interview with the hiring manager. The whole process takes about three weeks, which they say is to give you time to schedule things for the following week. The in-person interview includes a technical part to check your basic computer skills.
- Describe a situation where you dealt with a challenging customer.

My interview process was a little different due to COVID. I applied in March 2020 and had a phone interview not long after. Following that, I took a 30-minute aptitude test which wasn't too hard. Unfortunately, things started closing down and they paused hiring. Then, in June 2020, they called to see if I was still interested, which I was. Next, I had a 2-hour video call interview with four people who asked different questions and let me ask questions too. It was a great experience and everyone seemed really passionate. I got an offer a week later and accepted.
