Relationship Manager
I got referred by someone I know. A Talent Acquisition leader reached out for an initial interview. In that call, she asked me to confirm basic details about myself and I asked her about the salary range. She didn't share much about the actual role or team, but said she'd move me forward to interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with the hiring manager who told me more about the role and his team. He asked basic questions like to describe my experience and why I'm interested in the role. I asked him some good questions at the end. He said he was excited to have me speak to his boss as a next step and I should wait for the TA person to set up that meeting. 4 weeks and a few follow-ups later, the TA person finally got back to me to let me know I would not be moving forward in the process. She didn't include anything nice in the email, not even a 'thank you for your time'.

Manager
