Got an initial email with some general questions about my background, previous jobs, and salary requirements. Then had a video interview with three team members where they asked technical and behavioral questions. The HR recruiter and the team stayed in touch throughout.

I was referred by a colleague to the hiring manager. It took a few weeks to get scheduled. When we finally met, I realized it wasn't a formal interview but more of a screening for future openings. I felt a bit misled since it was presented more like a casual coffee meeting, although a few behavioral questions were asked.

The interview process was very quick. After applying online, I got a call from a recruiter the same week and we set up a phone interview for the next day. A couple weeks after that initial contact, I was invited to Chicago for the final round. In Chicago, I interviewed with 6 managers/vps and also met the HR person I had been in touch with all along. I got an offer the week after that. The whole thing took about a month.
