Customer Service Representative
The interview process uses the STAR method, so be ready for questions asking you to describe past experiences. Expect lengthy interviews with varied questions. It's important to be punctual and dress professionally for all interviews.
- Can you share an example of a time you dealt with conflict and what you learned from it?
- Could you tell me about your biggest weakness and how you are working on it?
Customer Service Representative
I found out about a hiring event from a Regional Executive on LinkedIn, sent my resume, and they passed it along to a recruiter. About a week after that, the recruiter called me for a prescreen interview. The following week, they set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager at the branch. I met with the hiring manager, and got an offer the next day. It took about 2 weeks from first contact to getting the offer.
- Can you introduce yourself and share your background?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Do you foresee any potential conflicts between yourself and the requirements of this position if you were to be hired?
Customer Service Representative
I was an internal transfer from Indiana to Florida. The interview was handled by a woman who spoke to me like I was a child and an outsider. She actually had to ask if I was okay with moving. The branch manager who I was later placed with kept her light off for the first couple hours of every day.
- Was I willing to relocate?
