It's mostly behavioral, like 90-95% of the interview. They might ask one question about the market and economy, but it's nothing too intense. Typically, you'll go through about three rounds, with each person you talk to for around 30 minutes. It's all one-on-one, and the interviewers are usually really friendly and encouraging.

It was an on-campus interview process with a required pre-night event to show your interest. Lots of on-campus events are part of it. They really want to see consistent faces to confirm program interest. The on-site interviews themselves are pretty relaxed, usually with senior managers and above, followed by an Associate panel later. The on-campus part happens a few weeks before the on-sites. Sending a thank you email to both your interviewer and the HR representative is crucial for a callback. They really appreciate handwritten thank you cards, so having one ready to mail right after the interview is a good move.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • All the questions were pretty much behavior-based.
  • They screen candidates based on resumes and meet and greet events.
  • You won't be asked to prepare a FCFF DCF model, but you should definitely learn how to do it because it's pretty cool.

I stopped by the booth at the career fair. After I learned about their programs, I applied on the company website. Then they got in touch for an in-person interview. There was a session to learn about the company and then about a 30-minute interview.
