The interview process involved 4-5 behavioral calls, each lasting 30 minutes, with team members. There was also a take-home case study. This process was pretty standard for banks. The take-home technical exam was simple, as expected for an entry-level role.

The whole thing took about a month. First, there was an on-campus recruiting event that lasted an hour. Then, about two weeks after the job was posted, I had a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter. Finally, two weeks after that, I had a superday with four 30-minute interviews.

Had a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with my immediate supervisor. About 4 weeks later, HR contacted me again to schedule interviews with my potential supervisor, his supervisor, and another manager. This in-person interview lasted for 3 hours, with an hour spent with each person. It was pretty laid-back, and we just chatted. They all asked behavioral questions and took notes. I think they were also gauging my personality fit.
