Behavioral Technical

Went through three rounds of interviews for this Field Engineer role. First was a phone screen with the recruiter, asking STAR-based questions and general get-to-know-you questions. The second interview was a conference call, also with STAR-based questions, and I had plenty of time to ask my own questions. The third and final interview was in person. This face-to-face interview was mostly about getting to know me, with hardly any technical questions.
