The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by a Zoom interview. It was mostly behavioral interviews. They asked a lot of questions about past experiences handling customer service issues that were out of your control. This was to check your coachability and problem-solving skills.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, there was a phone interview that led to a group interview. After that, I had an individual interview where they really dug into my resume, looking for proof of any awards I'd received for great customer service. I was asked to share stories about times I delivered top-notch service and also times when I myself received excellent service. Then, I did a mock phone call with a Veritude supervisor who wasn't part of the earlier interviews.
