First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fidelity National Financial.
Analyst
The interview process involved two rounds. The first was an introduction, followed by questions about projects and achievements, plus some situation-based questions. Then there was an HR round, which was quick and easy, taking only 10 minutes. Finally, there was a manager round that was moderately challenging and lasted about 30 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your project experience?
- What are some of your key achievements?
- Walk me through a situation you faced and how you handled it.
Analyst
It started with an HR round where they checked my communication skills and asked about my personal details, family, academic qualifications, and personal goals. Then, I had a telephonic round with the Manager. Finally, we discussed compensation, and I received an offer letter.
- Can you describe your Internship Project Program?
- What are your long-term and short-term goals?
Analyst
The interview was good, and the manager was very friendly. I initially joined the company as a fresher, and overall, I successfully completed three rounds of interviews: the HR round, an aptitude test, and finally, the manager round.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
