First, there was an HR interview, and if I passed that, I had an interview with the direct manager to discuss the job details. Half of the interview with the manager was in English to check my level.

I got confirmation for an interview, but the manager postponed it by 3 weeks. I arrived 10 minutes early, but the manager was 40 minutes late and didn't apologize. They asked me to do a 2D drawing to 3D modeling test and inquired about my regional details, noticing many non-Americans in the company. I completed the drawing test on time, discussing some errors with the manager. Afterward, they walked me to the door, and I had to ask for feedback. The manager vaguely said they'd let me know in a couple of weeks or later. Later, they informed my agent they weren't hiring me, without explanation, despite me completing the assignment. I felt this was discriminatory.

Got the job offer via LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out about a phone interview. After the first call with the recruiter, they liked my profile, so I had a second phone interview with the Product Manager, which was technical. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview at HQ with the Software Manager, covering both technical and personal aspects. They didn't cover travel costs. After the onsite, I got the job offer within two days.
