It was very brief. They checked my English and if I knew about projects. Then they mentioned benefits, which didn't go over well in practice. The Catalan language barrier wasn't mentioned as an issue, but in the end, nobody talked to you unless you spoke Catalan.

Got the job offer via LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out about a phone interview. After the first call with the recruiter, they liked my profile, so I had a second phone interview with the Product Manager, which was technical. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview at HQ with the Software Manager, covering both technical and personal aspects. They didn't cover travel costs. After the onsite, I got the job offer within two days.
