Had a take home coding challenge first, then two zoom interviews. The final interview was a full day zoom call. Pretty confusing experience, wasn't sure what they wanted, their stuff had typos and the interviewers had cameras off.

I applied online and a few days later, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a technical interview with two hiring managers. The next week, I had an onsite interview from 10 am to 3 pm. The onsite included a skills test, one-on-one interviews, lunch, and group interviews with some people joining by phone. The interviewers asked about my past internships and papers, and also asked behavioral questions. They took notes and shared them with HR. HR offered me the position the next morning.

Technical Behavioral Other

I talked to the hiring manager first, then another manager. Both phone calls were super technical. After that, I went in for an onsite panel interview with three people. It was kinda intense with lots of questions about behavior, like IQ stuff, and managing work. They took notes during this part. The interviewers seemed cool, experienced, and professional, but the whole thing felt a bit rushed. They didn't really explain much about career growth, but I guess that's normal with how the job market is right now.
