I applied and heard back in about two weeks that they would like me to fill out a questionnaire to know more about me and my experience. I filled it out and sent back same day, and they requested a zoom meeting two weeks later. Throughout the interview process, I had 5 interviews (all video except the initial screening) and one was almost 2 hours long. They kept saying they were going to get back to me and the manager even said she thinks I would be a great fit and to keep an eye out for something from them in the coming week. That did not happen. The recruiter ended up coming back to me saying they went with someone else. The communication was not the best. It ended up being a 2 month process.

I heard from the recruiter at the Company. After I said I was interested, they sent me a questionnaire to complete pretty fast. They set up an interview for about a week later, and the recruiter called me before that. The interview itself took about 1.5 hours and I met with three people from the Department. The whole experience was easy and nice. They asked standard interview questions and we talked a lot about my resume and what I've done. The interviewers were very nice and gave me a lot of details about the job and the Company.

I had two rounds for the interview. The first was with HR, lasted about 30 minutes, and was pretty easy, just covering some basic stuff. The second round was 45 minutes with the associate manager, followed by an hour with the hiring manager. Both ladies were nice and gave me a good overview of the role and daily tasks. I will say the pay is very low though. They advertise the range as 56k to 88k, but after the first round, HR mentioned 70k as the maximum. It's a bit confusing why the job description shows a wider range. Also, no follow-up email was sent regarding the results after the interview.
