The interview process was very laid back and comfortable. Everyone was very nice but also very inquisitive. They wanted to ensure I had a solid knowledge of email setup and mobile technology. The 1st interview was with 4 people, the 2nd interview was with 3 people, and the 3rd interview was with 2. In each interviewed I sat down with each interviewer individual. so I recommend setting at least 2 hours a side for your interview. It's about 30 minutes per person. One thing they ensured to point out is that being knowledgeable is great, but they operate like a family business and being able to work nicely with other is more important. It's a family environment and everyone helps each other. I thought that was really nice to know.

The HR Recruiter is great. She contacts you fast for a phone screen and then a pretty good in-person interview. The next interview is set up with various people in the company. But you might also encounter an interview with the "grumpy guy" as mentioned, and that's very true. You might interview with someone who claims to speak for the owner and ensures people fit the company. It's funny because he starts the interview by putting his feet on his desk, so you're looking at the bottom of his shoes, he strokes his chin, and gets ready to be argumentative. I agree, he's just grumpy. In other interviews, you'll be sent around the offices to meet people you'd work with, and those are very laid-back.

I got a call from a consultancy. First there was an online test on fibelink, then they called me to their office on Saturday and conducted 4 rounds of interview. The interviews were focused on Java, data structures and puzzles. The company seems confused in their expectations and compare their work to none less than Google, Yahoo. They told me on Saturday that I had only the HR interview left, but they again called me for a 5th interview with the Director and then said again wait for HR.

Fiberlink came to our campus for placements. The first round was an IPAT test, which was an aptitude test, with half the questions on number series. Students who passed the IPAT test were selected for the interview. The interview focused on projects, basic data structures and algorithms, and Java (since I mentioned I like Java).
