So I had two phone screens, and then they flew me out for a super day at their office. The phone screens went fine, and my first two super day interviews went well too, but apparently, my second interviewer thought I wasn't interested enough. The really wild part was my third interviewer; they didn't even want to look at the presentation I worked so hard on, and then they freaked out for half an hour because I had rounded some numbers in a data table. It was honestly the strangest interview ever, but everyone else was super nice.

This was one of the most thoughtful interview processes I've been through. They followed up really quickly after each round with kind, smart, and intentional people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group

The interview process felt easy at first, starting with a quick phone call with HR, followed by an on-site interview. The on-site was a bit unusual, like a panel interview where people came and went, and the setup was strange. It was hard to describe, and I've been in many interviews, but this one was the oddest. You had to speak their specific language, which felt very condescending. The questions came out of nowhere, too. I don't think I met anyone from leadership during the whole thing, which made the process feel very awkward.
