It was a three-round interview process, and overall pretty easy. The first step was a phone call. Then, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager. The final round involved meeting the team for a couple of hours. I wouldn't say it was a great experience though, mostly because after the interviews, they made me wait three weeks. It felt like they had offered the job to their top choice and I was just their backup option. I had to follow up with HR a lot to get any kind of update.

First, they checked my personal info, like my earliest start date and background. Then, there were technical questions on option pricing, fixed income, and using SQL, R, and Python. They also asked about my working experience and the job content, explaining what the market risk management team does and what I'd be doing. I also got to ask questions for the interviewer.

First I had a phone interview, and then a few days later they called me to come in for an in-person interview at their office. At the office, I had 4 interviews back-to-back, which lasted about 3.5 hours. It was mostly behavioral and fit questions, along with some resume-based questions and a few basic technical questions about Fixed Income and what's happening in the markets right now. They ran a really organized process and HR let me know the decision pretty quickly. I got my offer a couple of weeks after that.
