It started with a phone interview where they asked some basic accounting questions and did a screening. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. We had a conversational talk about my experience and then about the position. The manager liked my enthusiasm and the fact that I asked a lot of questions, showing deep interest.

After applying online, the process took about two weeks. It started with a phone interview, followed by three interviews at their office. They asked typical fit questions and questions about my resume. A large part of the interviews focused on the personality of the potential team members I would be working with that summer. Surprisingly, they didn't expect me to know much about their company.

Behavioral

So there were 2 interviews. The first was just a call with someone from HR, and then the second one was more behavioral-type questions. Both were over zoom/teams and it honestly felt more like a conversation than anything. Use STAR method and you should be fine.
