Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FHIA Remodeling.
Sales Associate
The interview was pretty standard. They asked a bunch of questions about my background, sales experience, past jobs, what pay I was looking for, if I was okay with traveling, training, how I handle objections, my education and extracurriculars, when I could start, if I was open to training, and my work schedule.
- Can you share your sales experience that is relevant to this role?
Sales Associate
I had a phone interview where they asked me some questions about my background and fit for the role. They wanted to know why I was interested in working there, how my skills align with the job, and if I had experience with people. They also said to make sure I covered my sales experience.
- Do you possess people skills?
Sales Associate
The first interview is about an hour long and covers everything about the position like appointments, hours, commission structure, and sales area. The second interview was the strangest I've ever experienced.
- Can I make the schedule work?
