First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FHIA Remodeling.
Brand Ambassador
I walked in and signed into the front office. I waited around 10 minutes before someone called me up and walked me to the back. I forgot the name but he was a cool dude. I first asked before the interview started what the job entails because the description is unclear on indeed and basically you are one of those guys standing around in sam's club trying to get people to buy or be interested into their products. literally. job doesnt fit me but if bothering random people in sam's club is your thing then go ahead!
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Marketing
I got to the location and nobody greeted me. Two women were in an office talking about men. I sat in the front chairs and waited. Another guy was there, I assumed he was interviewing too. He just sat on his phone and didn't acknowledge anyone. I waited 10 mins. He asked if I was there for an interview, I said yes. He didn't talk for 5 mins before asking my name. It took another 5 mins before he asked for my resume. The guy was very nonchalant and arrogant. He got up and introduced himself. The rest of the interview was okay. At some point, they put you on the spot to do an impromptu appointment with a customer.
- What do you know about our company?
- How do you feel about interacting with people?
- Do you have dependable transportation?
Marketing Representative
I met with three managers for the interview. It was very detailed and involved, but we went over the job duties, the structure, and pay/compensation. I was told there would be a second round interview, but I was hired right on the spot and given drug test information immediately. Once the drug test was completed, I was called back in to fill out paperwork, then came in for three hours of training.
- What do you know about the company?
- How long can you stand for?
- Are you able to go to different locations each time you work?
