So the interview process involved a few parts. First, there was an assessment that looked at how much I knew about international affairs and global human development. Then, there was a conversation that lasted about an hour, and finally, a writing task that was all about project management.

The interview process was unprofessional without respect for the interviewee. First, you receive an email for a written questionnaire screen. If you pass, you are invited to a phone screen. The HR peer was nice, however, she was late and that left no time for me to ask questions. She asked I email her questions. I did and no response. A few days later I was invited for a panel interview. I tried to take this in stride and tel myself I had another opportunity to ask the questions to a panel. During the panel, one of the interviewers "forgot" he was to sit on this and showed up 30 minutes late, interrupted me mid response to a question and said to us he forgot. The interview went further down hill when he asked questions that were already presented and I was told to move on by the other two with 2 sentences. To the panelist that was unprofessional, DT, karma will catch up to you. I have no idea what next steps are. I checked out and stopped responding. I wouldn't want to work for a team or company that has unprofessional staff. At the time of writing this, I have no idea my fate of this interview.

It was great until they stopped responding after the third interview. I expected more from such a big company and their hiring team. Hope others have a better experience, I think it's a good company though.
