The interview started with questions about why I chose this company and what my greatest strength is. Then they asked me to share my experience with Power BI and Excel since I put those skills on my resume, and those were all the interview questions they had. The interviewers didn't seem to have much to say about my answers; I guess they already had their picks.

I had an HR screening call, and then within a week, I was called for a second round which was skills/behavioural. The questions they asked were pretty generic, not too concerning. Just stay calm and respond appropriately.

The whole interview experience was really great, starting with the recruiter call, then talking with the hiring manager, some business folks, and the head of HR. The recruiter was super interested in my background and asked some really specific questions. The others went straight to the point and let me share stories about my past work. It took about a month to wrap up because of scheduling hiccups, but everyone tried to speed things along to get me an offer. Honestly, it was one of the best interview processes I've been through.
