Control Software Engineer
The interview process started with an HR interview, followed by a technical interview that covered general knowledge questions. The difficulty was moderate. The entire process took about two months, which could be seen as a drawback.
- Could you describe a project in which you employed Simulink and detail its application?
Site Assistant
After submitting my application online, I got an email with a proposed interview time. I confirmed the time and waited. On the day, I met with three interviewers: an HR representative, a Site Assistant from another location, and the manager for the position I applied for.
- Could you introduce yourself and discuss your recent experiences, emphasizing your interest in our company and how you envision your role here?
- Regarding the flexible part-time aspect of this role, particularly for meetings or deliveries, how adaptable are you with your time?
Technical Expert
Had several rounds. First, an online HR prospect call. Then a second online round with mid-managers, talking about past activities, the job description, the role, and expectations. After that, an on-site presentation of the lab to technical experts, team leaders, and mid-managers, to refine the best match and company benefits. Finally, a signature with top management and a corporate introduction.
- Considering we offer up to 100% remote work, would you prefer on-site or remote?
- What makes you the right candidate for us?
- Describe your approach to resolving an urgent project challenge.
Total Rewards Specialist
The interview process had 5 steps. It started with a brief phone call with Talent Acquisition to gauge mutual fit. Next, there was an online meeting with the HR recruiter and the hiring manager; it was lengthy and technical but clearly outlined expectations. The third step involved a face-to-face meeting where I had to present on three questions provided a week prior. Following that was a quantitative and qualitative exam. The final interview was with upper management.
- Tell me about your past experiences and how you handled them.
- What technical and soft skills are essential for this role, and explain your reasoning?
