It had several stages that were explained from the beginning: first, a call where they explained about the company, the position, the benefits and the interview process. First I had an interview to evaluate my English level and after passing that, I moved on to the next, which was an interview about the position itself along with an evaluation (case study type). If I passed that, then I moved on to a pre-employment physical evaluation and then they welcomed me to Fetcher.
- Given two candidate profiles for the position, which one would you choose and why?
Sourcing Specialist
I applied through an employee referral. The whole process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fetcher in Manila in March 2021. The interview process had 2 stages: an initial interview and then a panel interview. If you pass the initial interview with the talent acquisition team, you move on to a panel interview with the search committee to assess your skills for the role. Before the panel interview, they'll give you an assignment to read and review. After you pass the panel interview, they tell you the results right away.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- There were questions regarding the assignment they sent that required you to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Who do you think is a better fit for the position and why?
