Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied through an employee referral. The whole process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fetcher in Manila in March 2021. The interview process had 2 stages: an initial interview and then a panel interview. If you pass the initial interview with the talent acquisition team, you move on to a panel interview with the search committee to assess your skills for the role. Before the panel interview, they'll give you an assignment to read and review. After you pass the panel interview, they tell you the results right away.
