I applied through an employee referral. The whole process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fetcher in Manila in March 2021. The interview process had 2 stages: an initial interview and then a panel interview. If you pass the initial interview with the talent acquisition team, you move on to a panel interview with the search committee to assess your skills for the role. Before the panel interview, they'll give you an assignment to read and review. After you pass the panel interview, they tell you the results right away.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- There were questions regarding the assignment they sent that required you to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Who do you think is a better fit for the position and why?
Specialist
It was a quick process, and the interview experience was great. They kept me updated on my application regularly. Overall, it was a really good experience, and the person handling the interview was very helpful throughout the process!
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What is the career path you are looking to pursue?
