Interview was good, first round interviewer were more informer and understanding. Second round by Hr & cluster head. I was been told that hr will come back with package proposal. However for 3 weeks kept pending but no clear cut feedback. Hr needs to understand that candidate reaches for interview as per your schedule and location, so at least deserve feedback. Even if things are not working, but your feedback keeps positive spirit about your company.
