So the whole thing usually starts with a quick chat, like a phone or video call, just to see if you're basically qualified and if you're actually interested. After that, it gets more serious with one or more interviews that can dig into your skills. They might give you a technical test, a case study, or ask you about past experiences to see how you solve problems. Sometimes, you'll end up talking to a group of people or even higher-ups. Oh, and don't be surprised if you have to do some kind of assignment or give a presentation at some point. The very last step is usually talking about the offer and getting it all finalized.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The people I interacted with were all really friendly, and HR was very communicative throughout. Although I didn't get the job and I'm not entirely sure why, it was a pleasant experience. The final round involved a presentation to showcase skills, instead of a typical test. I put a lot of time and effort into my presentation, so I'd consider it a difficult interview, but talking with everyone was nice and friendly.

The interview process itself was smooth and the tasks seemed manageable. However, the wait time was excessive. While they communicated their slow decision-making procedures upfront, it took 2.5 months to receive a rejection without any feedback. This extended timeframe was frustrating, especially considering my 5 years of video editing experience. Providing feedback to candidates regardless of the outcome would be respectful of their time and effort invested in the interview process. It would also help them improve their skills for future opportunities.
