Behavioral Group Presentation

After submitting my CV and cover letter, I was shortlisted for a graduate assessment center the following week. The assessment center was casual, run by Ferrovial's head of graduates, head of HR, and a recent graduate employee. The day had two parts: first, an hour-long presentation about Ferrovial's business and financial standing. Then, we were given two challenges to assess teamwork and problem-solving skills. Afterwards, we were divided into groups and given a discussion topic to work on, then asked to present our ideas casually to the others. We had a lunch break while they decided who would proceed. Ferrovial was transparent about this, informing us if we made the cut. Those who stayed were asked about their project interests and then interviewed one-on-one with an employee from their chosen project.

The interview process was really nice and friendly. You feel a bit like you talk to people you already know which it helps. The 1st interview is with the HR you talk a bit about yourself who you are in general what would you like to achieve. Furthermore, once you finished your intro you will be asked questions for example why Ferrovial? What made you choose us between the other companies?
