We had a quick call, then two interviews. One was a personal interview lasting about 30 minutes, and the other was a group interview that went for around 45 minutes. It wasn't too complicated.

It was a pretty efficient and professional interview process. They were well organized and I went through three interviews. First, there was an initial online meeting, followed by an in-person meeting with the talent team. Finally, I had an interview with my line manager and the talent team. I thought the structure was good.

Had a total of 4 interviews, all with good feedback. After the last interview with the managers, I didn't get any more updates on the process. Through internal contacts, I was told the process had been frozen. I've been waiting like this for 6 months with no hope of them calling back. It leaves a very bad taste, especially after passing all the rounds.

This was the worst interview experience I've had so far. The job description didn't match the questions asked; the role seemed more like a personal assistant. They didn't share any salary information, not even in the final interview. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I had to follow up multiple times after the final stage and didn't get a response for three weeks. My feedback for their recruitment process is: if you're going to have a candidate come in for a 2-hour final interview, the least you can do is provide feedback without them having to chase you and also disclose your salary range.
