It was about 4-5 steps. First, a recruiter and HR call. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. After that, I went to the home office for an onsite interview, which included a tour. This panel had 2-4 team members, including someone from sales. Finally, I met with a senior manager.

Got hit up by an AI bot that was spammy and hard to reach. Couldn't get anyone via text or email, and they didn't even give me the interviewer's info. They bailed on me the first time right when the interview was supposed to start. The second time, the recruiter was 15 mins late, the call dropped, and he never called back. My calls to him didn't go through, and the text line put me on hold. Honestly, it feels like a fake job post 'cause this happened twice.

It took almost a month to get an interview invite after applying. A HR person called to set up the interview, but didn't say much about the process or if I needed to prep. The interviewers were late, but the chat was nice and they seemed interested in what I said. They said a HR contact would let me know their decision the next week. Two weeks later, no word, but the portal still said 'in process'. I emailed for an update, no response. Two more weeks passed and I emailed again for feedback, still no reply. Now it's been 3 months since I applied and over a month since the interview, and I still haven't heard back. The portal now says 'process completed', which is confusing. I won't apply here again. It's really unprofessional to ghost a candidate after an interview and shows a lot about the company culture.

First, there was a phone screen with the recruiter. If that went well, I had a panel interview with 5 team members, including the hiring manager. The interviews were pretty relaxed. They asked about my experience and used STAR questions. They didn't go into much detail about the role, so I ended up asking most of the questions. It wasn't hard, but they've been completely unresponsive since then. It's been two weeks, and even after following up, I haven't heard back. I'm guessing I didn't get the job, but it would be nice to at least get a rejection email.
