Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferrero.
Sales Representative
The interview consisted of STAR questions based on real-life experiences. It wasn't too difficult and lasted about 40 minutes. For 15 minutes, they showed a photo and asked me to describe my actions based on my understanding of it.
- Can you share an instance where you had to overcome a challenging situation?
- Given the image presented, what steps would you take?
Sales
I applied online and then HR reached out. The first two interviews went well and I got good feedback. The final interview was a cross-functional one with someone from marketing. This person seemed completely uninterested from the start, like they were annoyed to have to do it and just wanted to end the call. They were rude and condescending, definitely not someone I'd want to work with, and their questions weren't really relevant to the job.
- Can you describe your experience and explain its relevance to this role?
Sales Representative
After submitting the online application, an invitation for a Teams meeting came pretty quickly. The interview was very friendly and felt like a conversation between equals. We started with a bit of small talk, then discussed me and my previous experiences. After that, we talked about the position itself.
- Could you tell me about your resume and provide some feedback on your application?
- What were your past experiences and can you tell me more about the position?
