There were 2 interview rounds and an assessment day for this internship. HR was very responsive at first, saying results would be out in 7 days. They updated me on day 9 about delays, promising results in 2 more days. While I appreciated the update, it's now been 3 weeks with no news and no replies, despite me following up a few times. They've completely ghosted me. This has been a lot of mental stress, especially since these internships are part of my degree and affect my decision to start my third year. I'm really disappointed they haven't even sent a rejection. It's disrespectful to leave candidates hanging.

I applied online for an internship at Ferrero in KW 1 and got an invitation for an interview in KW 3, just 5 days later. Two very friendly HR people sat across from me and asked me a lot about my background. The ladies were very nice and talkative, which made the interview atmosphere pleasant and eased my nerves a lot. The whole conversation went very well and was enjoyable. Unfortunately, I received a rejection. However, it's worth mentioning that I got a call about the rejection. I've never received such detailed and nice feedback as I did from Ferrero, individual feedback that helped me understand what I could do better. I think that's really important because most companies just send an automated email. Regardless of whether I got accepted or rejected, everything went very well overall. I can only recommend them. Keep up the great work, Ferrero!
