Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferrero.
Production Operator
The interviewer had 2 calls during the interview process. I was not informed about the shift pay rates. I did not receive any contact after the interview. I was not given an opportunity to ask questions. Overall, it was a useless experience. The treatment at the security hut on the way in was also terrible and abrupt.
- Can you describe what causes you stress?
Production Operator
I sent in my application online via Indeed and then had a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, they asked me to come in for a second interview at the Production Plant with a Supervisor and someone from HR.
- Were you amenable to the shift schedule and commuting to the plant?
- Do you have any concerns about your commute?
- Do you have prior experience with repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting?
Production Supervisor
The interview covered questions about manpower management, production processes and parameters, different types of processes, output and input, process improvement, scrap reduction, improving culture, energy saving, and environmental sustainability. They also asked about the organization chart.
- Regarding the organization chart, can you elaborate on its structure and implications?
