First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferrero.
Intern
I had an initial introductory call, then there was a group interview and an individual motivational interview. After that, I didn't hear back, but I think there was a technical interview as the final step.

Intern
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter quickly to schedule an interview with her and another talent acquisition trainee. It was about 30 minutes and mostly covered my CV, plus some technical/business questions about Excel, the FMCG Industry, and Ferrero. They said they'd be in touch within two weeks. Over a month went by with no update, so I reached out and got the standard "recruitment process is still ongoing" line. I mentioned I had another offer and needed to decide soon, also noting my interest in other internship roles as I was really keen on Ferrero. The recruiter said they were considering me for other positions and would get back to me ASAP. After that call, it was radio silence for another month until I got the automated rejection email, making it a 3-month wait for feedback. The original job posting had a February 2020 start date, but it kept getting pushed back on their careers site, now showing June 2020. This makes me think they aren't serious about hiring an intern and raises doubts about their recruitment reliability. Maybe it's just for show or to train the other intern. Overall, a really bad and disappointing experience! They should treat candidates more fairly and respect their promises about feedback timelines!

Intern
I had a video interview that went well, and they then invited me to the next round. The interviewers took two months to contact me about a specific date. They eventually called to see if I was still interested. I confirmed that I was, even though I had already accepted another position by then. They didn't contact me again after that (I assume their first choice rejected the offer). It was quite unprofessional overall; I wouldn't suggest it.
