First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ferrero.
Controller
I applied on their website and an HR person reached out to me. She set up a Teams call where I discussed my background and career skills. After two weeks, they emailed saying I wasn't a good fit. I tried to get feedback to improve but never heard back. Bad experience.
- How have you handled conflict in past roles?
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
- What would you consider your greatest strength and your biggest weakness?
Controller
It's a 3-step process: an individual test, a group test, and a professional interview. A third-party company handles the initial recruiting, after which the process moves in-house. The overall process is very structured but takes quite a while.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- What are your career prospects?
- What is your mobility status?
Financial Controller
It was an internship role. There were 2 interviews - one with HR and another with the hiring manager. The process moved quickly, and I received an offer to join the company within a week (I assume they were in a hurry).
