First, there was an initial call from HR to review my CV and basic details. Then, a meeting with the Line Manager and HR for general and competency-based questions. Finally, a presentation on a business case/data was given, including other stakeholders besides my line manager and HR. It was a very long and slow process.

The first interview was with the HR Director, which was very pleasant and they discussed their overall structure. The feedback process is handled by the recruiter, which I found to be a bit of a bottleneck as it required many follow-ups to receive feedback.

I was first contacted for a phone interview with HR, during which I had to introduce myself, explain my background and the reasons for my choices up to today. Then, what motivated me to apply to Ferrero, and what the internship would bring me. The interview was followed by some questions about Ferrero: an ad or campaign that struck me... Following this, I was selected for a group interview with the managers in the morning: - Presentation of the available internships by the managers - "2 minutes to convince" in front of the managers, two HR representatives, and the other candidates - Two 10-minute group debates in front of the managers and HR. And in the afternoon, there were individual interviews with the managers who wanted to meet us.

Regarding my answer to 'Why Ferrero?', the line manager remarked that they expected I'd only choose the company because 'maybe you go crazy for chocolate and eat a lot of Nutella'. The sheer banality of this statement left me speechless.
