First, you'll submit your CV and a cover letter explaining why you want to work for Ferrero and what skills you can bring. Then, an HR team will review your CV to make sure you have the necessary qualifications and experience. If selected, you'll have a short phone interview (15-20 minutes) to go over basic info about your background and motivations. After that, there are online tests to check your logical reasoning, numerical ability, and verbal skills, plus a personality test to see if you're a good cultural fit.
